Exceptional Staff and Great Location

I loved my stay in a King Room. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh pastries and a rich selection of local dishes. Additionally, the hotel’s location allowed for easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions, making exploring the area a breeze. The rooftop pool offered stunning views, although it could use better maintenance.

We loved checking out the vibrant Barrio Lastarria for both tasty eats and nightlife. The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast spread was top-notch. Easy access to the subway made exploring a breeze! Don’t miss the rooftop views.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was really comfy. Everything was well-maintained, which made for a nice stay. The vibe was cozy, and I felt at home right away. The bathroom was clean, no issues there. It wasn't overly fancy, but it had everything I needed. Plus, the view was decent for a city hotel!

I had an awesome 2-night stay. The crew is super friendly and really knows how to treat guests right! The restaurant serves delish food, especially if you're gluten-free. Just a heads up, the buffet options could use some clearer labeling to avoid mix-ups. Overall, would definitely come back for the hospitality and comfy rooms!
